Description

A large molecular cloud in Andromeda.  This one is rather bright in comparison to other extended objects in Cepheus and Cygnus.  The extended object is LBN534.  The reflection nebula at the bottom right is the reflection nebula van den Bergh 158.   There's also a tiny planetary nebula not so far from vdB158, see if you can spot it (or refer to the annotated image).  It's called PLN 110-12.1.

For some fantastic version of this object see rhedden's, Jarrett Trezzo's or Irida Observatory.
